We also need proof of address such as a bank statement or utility bill which clearly states your name, address and date of issue. Documents need to be dated within the last three months.

If you're transferring money through our online trading platform (for security reasons) there is a single transfer limit of £20,000 (GBP) for personal account holders and a single transfer limit of £50,000 for business account holders. Personal and business account holders can make up to 3 transfers per day.

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard debit cards, as well as bank transfer. Payment limits may apply depending on your bank and payment method. We do not accept payment by cash, cheque or any payment method that’s not listed above.

  1. We send a 4-digit security code to your registered mobile phone each time you log-in.

  2. Enter the 4-digit code into the pop-up box on the screen. See the example below.

  3. You will then be directed to your online account.

No – you can use any of your existing bank accounts.

We will send you email notifications throughout the transfer process: when we receive your funds, when any foreign exchange transaction has occurred, and when we send the funds to your beneficiary.
